SnaplyBill is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.

๐Ÿ”‘ Google Sign-In

SnaplyBill uses Google Sign-In to authenticate users. We receive your basic profile information (name, email) to create and manage your account. We do not collect Google passwords. You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions.

๐Ÿ†“ Free Users (No Account)

  • No invoice content stored: All invoice data is generated locally in your browser/session.
  • PDFs: Created on your device, never sent to our servers.
  • WhatsApp sharing: Triggered only when you choose; SnaplyBill does not track it.

๐Ÿ’ผ Pro Subscribers (Account & Billing)

When you subscribe to SnaplyBill Pro, we collect only whatโ€™s needed to provide the service and comply with legal/payment requirements:

  • Account basics: name, email, (optional) phone.
  • Billing & payments: plan, amount, currency, payment status & reference IDs (via Razorpay). No full card/UPI details stored.
  • Invoice history metadata: invoice number, type (GST/Non-GST), client name, totals, created date, share link, status.
  • Invoice snapshots: (optional) stored only if enabled, to let you re-download the exact invoice later.

  • No card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials.
  • No third-party advertising trackers.

โš™๏ธ How We Use Your Data

  • Enable Pro features (login, billing, history, downloads, support).
  • Prevent fraud/abuse & comply with legal obligations.
  • Send important updates (renewals, payment issues, security notices).

๐Ÿ”— Sharing

  • Payments: securely handled by Razorpay. We only receive status/IDs.
  • WhatsApp: sharing happens via standard WhatsApp link only when you initiate it.

  • All traffic is protected with HTTPS encryption.
  • Stored data is safeguarded with strict access controls.
  • Secure cookies/sessions used only to keep you logged in.

  • Download your invoices anytime from History.
  • Request deletion of your account/history via support@snaplybill.in.
  • Billing records may be retained where law requires.

  • Accounts & billing: kept while active, plus legal retention period.
  • Invoice history: kept while active or until deleted by you.
